Who you are

 

You are an experienced enterprise sales person, oriented to solve clients business  needs.

 

You have 3+ years of software sales experience as well as a consistent track record of hitting quota

 

You are motivated by a challenge of being responsible for your own territory and corresponding strategy applied for your clients

 

You are the best building a match between clients business needs and our groundbreaking capabilities in last mile logistics technologies

 

You will lead thorough sales processes and negotiations, presenting our solution/business case face to face or via webex, and selling our enterprise-level software.

 

In this role you will focus on sourcing and building new relationships, gaining a deep understanding of your client's needs, building, qualifying, managing and controlling a sales pipeline.

 

Required Skills & Experience 

 

  • 3+ years proven experience software sales experience o last mile logistics  products or services
  • Medium to Expert level in Microsoft Office
  • Proficient written and oral communication skills
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Vehicle required

Project Manager / Implementation Consultant

Who you are

 

As a key member of GIS Routes Professional Services team, you will lead the implementation of GIS Routes Enterprise products and services offering for customers with complex needs throughout Latin America region. You maintain expertise in GIS Routes implementation methodology and strive to accelerate the time to first results for Enterprise customers by driving successful adoption in the most efficient way possible.

You are technically-oriented, have project management expertise, and a strong passion for solving complex problems and its ability to drive valuable business outcomes. You must be customer-obsessed with strong communication and analytical skills.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage all activities related to solution implementation including:
    • Leading initial sessions
    • Documenting requirements
    • Creating project plans and timeline of the project
    • Assigning launch and  training resources
    • Managing customer and internal stakeholder expectations
    • Delivering a best practices and a healthy adoption
  • Develop strong and trusted relationships with customers and partners throughout the implementation project lifecycle
  • Foster a seamless transition from initial sale through successful delivery by establishing relationships with customers and partners during the pre-sales cycle and with cross-functional teams post sale to deliver the best experience for the client.
  • Partner with customers and partners to identify key business goals and objectives to align products and services with the customer’s desired outcomes
  • Set clear project expectations and achievable timeline goals required to execute the technical and business objectives based on the scope of the implementation and supporting adoption, rollout and governance strategies and education plans
  • Define and communicate project risks to customer stakeholders with a solutions-oriented approach
  • Develop a deep understanding and best practices to support vertical and general industry trends with a focus on how improvement's in last mile logistics drives business value and ROI
  • Develop and refine process for deploying GIS Routes integrations

 

Required Skills & Experience 

 

2+ years proven experience in Enterprise project implementation in IT, SaaS or consulting-related functions

  • Expert-level project management skills and an ability to work with multiple Enterprise customers at a time to deliver projects on time, within scope and on budget
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and translate complex business requirements into solutions that meet a customer’s goals and objectives
  • Ability to communicate with senior-level stakeholders both internally and externally, including VP and C-level, in writing and verbally both by phone and in person
  • Ability to work independently and remotely as part of a collaborative team
  • Bachelor’s degree desirable
  • Ability to travel within Central America
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Car required
